Refund policy

In order to request a return, you must do so within 72 hours of receiving your item, as per our 3-day return policy.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and complete with all tags and original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@warmentality.com Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept any items that are returned without prior authorization.
